Our Story

At the Ashlyn-Ward School of Irish Dance we hold pre-school classes, Beginner & Junior classes, Feis work & Advanced classes for children from aged 3yrs and upwards. Our classes are held in Musselburgh and Galashiels and we offer a fun and friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy. Our goal is to teach Irish Dance to the best of a child's ability and make it a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

Whilst learning a unique and lively form of dance, classmates have the opportunity to meet and make great dancing friends and have the chance to perform in local displays & shows and compete in competitions if they choose, or simply just come along for the fun and learning.
The school enables dancers to learn about solo & team work, fitness, positivity & ambition and all whilst having fun learning to Irish Dance!
